This class is designed to give you tools to develop a meaningful connection with your spirit guides and higher-self. Learn who or what spirit guides may be and the roles they may play in your life. We’ll explore different types of spirit guides- ancestral, animal, higher dimensional, past- life, elemental, and more. We will discuss several methods these beings use to communicate, such as signs, intuition, sensations, emotions, inner thoughts, or energetic impressions. There will be a gentle guided meditation, and a discussion on ways to stay safe and comfortable while exploring the possibilities to obtain spiritual guidance. By the end of the class, you’ll leave with some practical tools and ideas to confidently continue building these connections on your own.
